Complaints and disputed situations
Build the file before you write the message
Support agents work from records, not from tone, and a complaint that arrives complete is answered in one exchange instead of five. Before typing anything, collect: the registered email on the account, the date and clock time of the incident together with your time zone, the sum in koruna, the transaction or payment reference, and a screenshot of the screen as it actually looked — error text, payment status, cashier message. Then write one plain sentence saying what you want done. That is the whole method.
Put it in writing rather than on the phone. A written thread carries timestamps, and timestamps are the only currency a dispute body accepts later. Live chat is fine for a first question, but request the transcript by email before you close the window, because chat logs often disappear from the interface within days. File every ticket number, agent name and reply into one folder from the outset. And if you ever raise the same matter through a second channel, open with the original ticket number — a case split across two threads gets two half-answers and no resolution.
The complaints that repeat
Payouts that stall are the commonest by a distance, and almost none of them are refusals. Look first at verification that was started and never finished, then at a mismatch between the name on the payment instrument and the name on the account, then at a payout requested through a route other than the deposit route, then at bonus funds whose 35× requirement is still open and therefore still locking the balance. Manual review queues also pause over weekends and Czech public holidays, which turns a two-day wait into what feels like being ignored.
Bonus cancellations usually come down to one line of the offer terms — a spin above the 125 Kč maximum while bonus money was live, a game that contributes nothing to turnover, or a withdrawal requested before the wagering closed. Account restrictions tend to involve a second registration, a jurisdiction the licence does not serve, an unanswered source-of-funds request, or a self-exclusion recorded elsewhere in the same operator group. Payments that vanish between bank and cashier are their own category: the money has left, nothing has credited, and the provider cannot trace anything without the reference. In every one of these, finding and quoting the exact clause is worth more than a paragraph of argument.
Escalating beyond the first reply
When nothing arrives, or what arrives resolves nothing, ask in writing for the case to go to a supervisor or to the operator's dedicated complaints department. Say that you are escalating and restate the request; the wording matters because it starts a different internal clock.
Above the operator sits an alternative dispute resolution body, named in the operator's own terms — schemes such as eCOGRA or IBAS exist, but only the terms say which one, if any, covers your account. Above that sits whoever issued the licence, identified along with the licence number in the operator's footer rather than anywhere on this site. For a player in the Czech Republic there is one useful distinction: gambling licences issued for the Czech market are supervised by the Ministry of Finance, so a Czech-licensed operator can be complained about domestically, while an operator licensed abroad routes you to that foreign authority instead. Check the footer before deciding which door to knock on.
Nearly every scheme requires that the operator was given the case first and a fair interval to answer, with the length of that interval set by the scheme and the licence, not by us. Arrive with one file: account ID, dates, sums, references, screenshots, the full correspondence, plus a short factual account in your own words. Most bodies accept submissions only through their own web form, and most refuse cases that have aged past a stated deadline — so escalate while the paperwork is still fresh.
The limits of what you are reading
This is an independent affiliate publication, not the operator. There is no platform here, no player money, no access to accounts, balances, documents or payment records. Nobody working on this site can lift a restriction, reinstate a voided bonus or advance a payout in a queue, and anyone who claims otherwise in exchange for a fee is running a scam — report the approach rather than paying it.
What this page does offer is procedure: the shape of the process, the causes that sit behind each category of dispute, the documents worth having ready before you start, where the licensing and dispute details are published, and the order in which the doors open. Decisions about money and accounts belong to the operator, then to the ADR body, then to the regulator. No outcome is promised here and no side is taken before the facts are on the table. Keep a copy of everything you send — it is the one habit that has ever changed the result of a dispute.
